These terms govern use of OmniSchema, the application-building service operated for business customers. By creating an account you agree to them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate company and sign-in details. You are responsible for people you invite and for keeping passwords secret. We may suspend an account that is abused or that puts other customers at risk.
Your data
Data you put into OmniSchema remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, to keep it secure, and as required by law. Each company's data is isolated from other companies.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another company's data, overload the service, upload malware, or use OmniSchema for unlawful activity. We may remove content that breaks this rule.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance. Limits on people, apps, pages, and custom domains are enforced. Unused allowance does not roll over. You can cancel through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Availability
We aim to keep OmniSchema available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Backups are taken of the database. You should keep your own copies of critical records.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OmniSchema is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or data loss beyond what we can restore from backups. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
